We must protect our children and the new generation from Domestic Violence
Domestic Violence can have severe health effects on the victims who are at major risk for medical problems such as chronic pain, cardiovascular issues, gastrointestinal and lack of sexual desire. Victims of domestic violence are prone to be diagnosed with anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, and substance abuse disorder and many of the victims have attempted to take their life.
Children who are raised in a violent environment are conditioned to believe it to be normal making the situation a vicious cycle repeating the abuse in the next generation. They struggle in their academic performance and tend to suffer from anxiety, depression, aggression, and bullying. They have poor emotional regulation.
